The time to make Italy's forbidden wine is approaching, are you ready?

Buona Domenica,

Every September, uva fragola — the Concord grape — comes into season in Italy, and with it the one wine you cannot legally buy anywhere in Europe: Fragolino.

Because it was banned from commercial production, the recipe survived only with the farmers who kept making it for themselves.

Today I am sharing that very secret recipe, so if you have access to Concord grapes, get ready to make it. It is not a regular wine, so make sure you have all you need.

One more thing!

Start with me on 19th of October and have 🍋Limoncello, 🍊Orange and 🍫Chocolate liqueur ready for Christmas to serve or give as a gift.

I will walk you through making them, one short email at each stage plus a video showing you exactly what I do.

It is free!

Put your name on the list and I will send you the details before we start.

A presto,
Laura
