The Concord grape is a dark, fragrant grape with deep purple slip skin and a wild strawberry flavor you will find in the markets in Italy during the month of September.

I wait all year for it but its season is short, and beyond eating them fresh every day, these are the recipes I make to extend their season for the rest of the year.
